Tomcat 8.5.x – Eclipse plugin

In the lib folder of tomcat,  catalina.jar  includes org/apache/catalina/util/ServerInfo.properties update the contents of the line in that file server.info=Apache Tomcat/8.5.x to server.info=Apache Tomcat/8.0.0
